Gourmet Caterers offers an exciting Western BBQ with all the trimmings. We offer much more that just burgers and hot dogs. Garlic rolls, stuffed mushrooms, spicy vegetables in pastry and asparagus rolls were the appetizers. Giant gourmet home made burgers , Tangy Persian chicken kebabs, creamy potato salad with fresh dill. Grilled chipoltle vegetables. Greek salad. To end this delicious meal we served fresh sliced fruit, chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars and brownies.
We have done many corporate BBQ’s with ribs, chicken and burgers, usually at a beautiful picnic spot in Sunny summer california.
