Wow and what a wedding a was. Spectacular beach wedding at the Dunes in Newport Beach. Guests arrived to Gourmet’s sumptious appetizers of Sushi, spicy vegetables in phyllo pastry, beef wontons in curried apricot sauce and vegetables and fruit displays. The Entree was mushroom stuffed chicken breast in a pine nut crumb, and ginger crusted chilean seabass, with grilled vegetable kebabs, marble potatoes, and a rice dish. Dessert was our three layered Wedding cake with fresh flowers and baby fruit tartlets. The venue was amazing and all guests thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of the beach.
