What a Gourmet event it was, with a spectacular menu – appetizer stations with foods like spinakopeta, crostini with smoked salmon, felaffel station, caprese salad, feta torta and bagel chips, crunchy asparagus rolls. Main course-chicken with walnuts and pomegranate juice, beef and chicken kebobs, poached salmon with dill sauce and salsa, grilled vegetables, herbed rice with currants, israeli salad. Dessert station-fruit strudel, magnificent fruit display and aromatic choc fountain served with fruit kebobs, meringues, marshmellows and cookies.
