Gourmet Caterers does a fundraiser in a beautiful home
Another upmarket event by Gourmet Caterers, a spectacular fund raiser. We did an amazing party in Long Beach for 100 guests. We served crab cakes, won tons with ahi tuna and creme fraiche, feta torta with bagel chips, mash potato bar with toppings, spicy vegetables in phyllo pastry, sweet potato won tons, corn fritters topped with mango salsa, fresh fruit arrangement, choc truffles and mini cheesecakes. See link below for pictures. The flowers looked stunning, our tables expertly decorated, and our staff did a great job.
