Challenges in catering a kosher shabbat dinner in winter

Challenge are timing before sabbath and non-use of electricity after sabbath.  Before serving a sabbath dinner - chafers need to be lit, food needs to be heated, hot trays must be plugged in.  Food to be placed for heating and not moved until ready to serve.  This will ensure a hot dinner to be enjoyed by all.  Gourmet Caterers of Orange County caters with ease sabbath meals during winter and summer months.
