Gourmet Caterers did a wonderful dinner for the Anti Defamation League. It was held in a magnificent private home, for 50 invited guests. They were treated to a delicious served menu of Blackened red snapper on red corn torilla served with a peach relish, bruschetta with roasted peppers and portobello mushrooms with butternut squash boursin spread, and sweet potato and ginger roste with chive cream, and a station with fruit and assorted cheese and crackers for appetizers.
For entree we served Ginger crusted chilean seabass with kiwi lime sauce, a mixed deluxe green salad with julienne of peppers, caramelized walnuts and sun dried tomatoes with a creamy tarragon dressing, butternut squash and pine nut rosotto, roasted asparagus with mixed peppers. A delicious dessert of coconut raspberry bars, key lime tarlets and white and dark chocolate truffles with coffee.
