Gourmet Caterers Orange County

Amongst those World famous artists, Gourmet Caterers displayed their amazing food selections.  Sizzling appetizers were passed around to appreciative guests.  Shrimp Ramaki - delicious shrimp with crispy bacon wrapped around it, crabs leg pieces with a delicious lemon butter sauce, mint lamb chops served in a wine glass with garlic mash potatoes and a mint sauce,  cutesy little appetizers passed on tiny platters of  polenta corn cakes with wild mushrooms glace, apple and walnut stuffed mushrooms, Asian latkes with nuts and gingered sour cream, blinis with red cavair and sour cream, and then to complete the amazing event, glasses filled with tantilizing chocolate and cranberry mousse, fruit cocktail, chocolate truffles, cheese balls with walnuts, WOW what an amazing event it was..

Gourmet Caterers did a wonderful dinner for the Anti Defamation League.  It was held in a magnificent private home, for 50 invited guests.  They were treated to a delicious served menu of Blackened red snapper on red corn torilla served with a peach relish, bruschetta with roasted peppers and portobello mushrooms with butternut squash boursin spread, and sweet potato and ginger roste with chive cream, and a station with fruit and assorted cheese and crackers for appetizers.

For entree we served Ginger crusted chilean seabass with kiwi lime sauce, a mixed deluxe green salad with julienne of peppers, caramelized walnuts and sun dried tomatoes with a creamy tarragon dressing, butternut squash and pine nut rosotto, roasted asparagus with mixed peppers.  A delicious dessert of coconut raspberry bars, key lime tarlets and white and dark chocolate truffles with coffee.
