A Thank-you note from an appreciative client.
I want to thank you for the wonderful dinner you provided for out daughters Batmitzvah. I received many compliments about the delicious food that was served. I have to admit the matzo ball soup was almost as good as mine. (I would never admit that it was better…)
The entire experience was professional and pleasurable dealing with Gourmet Caterers. I would certainly call on you for all my catering needs.

Multiple parties on one weekend
Stressfull and successful, making all parties as excellent as the previous one. You are only as good as your last party.

Another successful catering event by Gourmet Caterers!
An engagement party was catered in Turtle Rock, Irvine for 80 guests with ten appetizers and cocktails.
Appetizers consisted of Crab Cakes with a Citrus infusion, Goat Cheese Truffles rolled in Toasted Crushed Pecans and Ahi Tuna on Wasabi Sesame Toasted Wontons.
Gourmet Caterers provided the staff, the beverages, the rental of heaters, cocktail tables, and all china, glassware and cutlery.
