Challenge are timing before sabbath and non-use of electricity after sabbath. Before serving a sabbath dinner - chafers need to be lit, food needs to be heated, hot trays must be plugged in. Food to be placed for heating and not moved until ready to serve. This will ensure a hot dinner to be enjoyed by all. Gourmet Caterers of Orange County caters with ease sabbath meals during winter and summer months.
An engagement party was catered in Turtle Rock, Irvine for 80 guests with ten appetizers and cocktails.
Appetizers consisted of Crab Cakes with a Citrus infusion, Goat Cheese Truffles rolled in Toasted Crushed Pecans and Ahi Tuna on Wasabi Sesame Toasted Wontons.
Gourmet Caterers provided the staff, the beverages, the rental of heaters, cocktail tables, and all china, glassware and cutlery.
